Returns Policy


Our main objective at altmea is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied, which is why we proudly offer a 100% money back guarantee within 60 days of delivery. We understand sometimes people buy things and then when they arrive they don’t really like them and want to return them for them.

We have return centres within the US in Oregon, in the UK in London and also in Australia in Melbourne so if you do return an item please ensure you choose the correct location.

We cannot accept returns without being contacted first so we can give you the correct delivery address for your country and assign your order with a returns number or RMA number. Please attach your RMA number to the outside of your package so that our returns companies can easily find your details.

If you think that we have not answered your emails then also please check your junk mail folder for us as we always send order confirmations and shipping updates if you supplied us with an email address when ordering.


Please note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags.
  • Due to the free shipping we offer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please keep a record of your shipping tracking number so if something goes missing we can help you track it.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Depending on your payment method it may take up to 28 business days to appear on your statement.
  • If for some reason a chargeback is issued then we cannot issue a refund until that has been satisfied which can take up to 90 days so please contact us first before considering this course of action and we will attempt to help out.
